After a free initial visit, Dan conducts an extensive follow-on interview with you in order to determine as much as he can in terms of your needs. Then he develops a coaching plan and the action plan. The coaching plan is a set of goals and the action plan is the implementation portion. Also within the implementation portion are the schedule and the method of delivery. In most cases, it will be a combination of visits, phone calls and emails. This of course varies with location.
