Strong Learning Foundation
All of our courses are based on the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge or PMBOK ®. We also use PMI’s ® Government Extension in the courses. We go beyond that however.
User-Focused Training and Case Studies
We use government-centric case studies in our two-day and three-day courses. Our case studies use examples based on government environments and serve as a foundation for the real-world lessons we work hard to impart on all attendees. The situations come from our experience and from the experiences of our clients. While the details such as names and offices are changed, the real-world circumstances come through to challenge attendees as they craft practical solutions. Participation in the case study portions is great in terms of not only the learning but also the diversity of thought going into possible solution scenarios. People really get into them as they have fun and learn.

More Learning Opportunities
Our work is designed for enhance learning and more. We train in small groups-as few as six people and no more than 23 people. All materials are included.
Learning isn’t a one-time experience. All attendees are encouraged to continue with more training.
In addition to that, we provide a no-cost electronic monthly newsletter that covers project management as well as leadership, general management topics, resources, and much more. The newsletter goes to people all over the world. People like it and it has even been used as a source document for other organizations and companies.
Furthermore, we know that some people have questions or need more help as time passes or projects change. That is why we provide project management consulting and development services. Who We Are
Your instructor and coach for these powerful sessions is Dr. Daniel R. Price, DM, PMP. Dr. Price has over 30 years of leadership and management experience as a result of work in government, business, and higher education.
Dr. Price is a retired US Air Force pilot with over 3200 hours of flying time in the B-52 and other aircraft. Dr. Price was the Managing Consultant and Senior Compliance Analyst for the MCI Year 2000 Project Management Office. He served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of another company. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy, from the University of South Dakota with a Masters in Public Administration, and from Colorado Technical University with a Doctorate in Management. He is a certified project manager (PMP) via the Project Management Institute. He taught Project Management as an adjunct professor at Colorado Technical University and is currently on the faculty of PM College. Dr. Price most recent book on project management book is called “Takeoff.” He is writing several more books on project management.
Winning Ways Management Inc. is a CCR registered company with the federal government. WWM Inc. government clients include the US Air Force, the US Army, the State of Colorado, and other local government agencies.
