We use IT-centric case studies in our two-day and three-day courses. Our case studies use technical examples. The cases serve as a foundation for real-world lessons. The situations come from our IT experience and from the experiences of our clients. While the details such as names and companies are changed, the real-world circumstances come through to challenge attendees as they craft practical solutions. Our work is designed for enhanced learning and more. We train in small groups-as few as six people and no more than 23 people. All materials are included.

Who We Are
Your instructor and coach for these powerful sessions is Dr. Daniel R. Price, DM, PMP. Dr. Price has over 30 years of leadership and management experience as a result of work in information technology, business, government, and higher education.
Dr. Price was the Managing Consultant and Senior Compliance Analyst for the MCI Year 2000 Project Management Office. He served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a fast-growing custom software company. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy, from the University of South Dakota with a Masters in Public Administration, and from Colorado Technical University with a Doctorate in Management. He is a certified project manager (PMP) via the Project Management Institute. He taught Project Management as an adjunct professor at Colorado Technical University and is currently on the faculty of PM College. Dr. Price most recent book on project management book is called “Takeoff.” He is writing several more project management books.
